Update set says 'Altering table task'. None of the changes I applied should be updating task table. Thoughts? How do I find out what was altered?

I don't know why but sometimes I have random looking updates in my updates sets from time to time and I know I did not create them even. I was just looking at a module the other day and by me going in there it somehow created xml files and put them on my update set even though I did not create/change anything. When I find those things I move them out of my update set into default global. If I question whether I need to keep them I would create another update set move the files in there and mark it as ignored that way they don't get promoted. If you move your good update set to the next system and find you need them you can change the ignored up to complete and make a batch out of the both and you should be good to go.

This might be due to TPH (Table per Hierarchy) structure of TASK table and could be an expected behaviour similar to CMDB extended table as CMDB is of TPP structure.
