Update the activity logs on Requests

Does anyone know how to update the activity logs on Request to include emails?   I would also need to update all activity logs with group transfer/change.

Use the funnel on the right to configure available fields.

Add the Sent/Received Emails (and assignment group if you need.)

You should be able to do that as long as the email went out from the request record.



Configure the email property for activity formatter

Hi Carla,



Request table already gets logged, all you need is to pull those columns in the activity logs on the form(assignment group in your case)
