Update the activity logs on Requests

Does anyone know how to update the activity logs on Request to include emails?   I would also need to update all activity logs with group transfer/change.

Use the funnel on the right to configure available fields.

Add the Sent/Received Emails (and assignment group if you need.)

You should be able to update the activity log fields from the funnel icon.


Here's an example on incident but something similar must be available on request/requested item

Click on the configure available fields
