Update the activity logs on Requests

Does anyone know how to update the activity logs on Request to include emails?   I would also need to update all activity logs with group transfer/change.

You should be able to mark the individual answer as correct and/or helpful and that will mark the question answered.

I was not logged in anymore. Once I logged back in I could see the option. Thanks for all the quick response.
