Urgent:Business rule to check change task close code value

Hi,

I am writing after business rule on change request table to check close code value of change task. 

My requirement is: if close code of changetask is successful/successful with issues -> change req state should move to review

if close code of changetask is unsuccessful ->change request state should be in implement only. 

Below is my BR. Please correct me if i am doing anything wrong here..

true. when ctask is closed with close code=unsuccessful then changerequest state should not move to review

Have you confirmed if this BR is even running - do you see the 'closecode is' message, and if so is the value exactly 'unsuccessful' (case-sensitive, no extra space at the beginning or end which you would have to verify in the close_code choice list.  Are you getting the 'close code is unsuccessful' error message (which should be changed to something unique in the else bock so that it's accurate, and you know which path it took).  Does this Change Request have more than one closed Change Task?  Is your value for your Review state 0? Is there another Business Rule or workflow that is moving the Change Request to the Review state regardless of this Business Rule?

Hello Soumya,

I cannot see the content of your attachments with your code. Did you remove them?

I'm facing similar issue, the difference is that if a 'Implemetation' change tasks is closed as 'Unsuccessful' then 'Review' change task, should be assigned to Change manager group, so I'm looking for the solution.
