URGENT: PDI Offline (dev304261) – Build Agent Competition Blocked

Hello,

I am currently facing a critical issue with my Personal Developer Instance (PDI), which is now showing as "Offline" and is completely inaccessible.

Instance details:
- Instance: dev304261
- Type: Personal Developer Instance (PDI)
- Version: Zurich
- Status: Offline

Error message:
“We're having trouble opening your instance due to an internal error. We should have it fixed in a few minutes.”

This issue has been ongoing and is not resolving.

Context:
I am actively building an AI Governance application for the "Build More with Build Agent" competition, and this instance is critical for:
- completing development
- testing workflows
- finalizing my submission

The issue is currently blocking all progress, and the work is time-sensitive.

Actions already taken:
- Refreshed instance multiple times
- Tried different browsers and incognito mode
- Attempted direct URL access
- Waited for recovery, but status remains Offline

Request:
- Can someone confirm if the instance can be recovered or restarted?
- If not, is there any way to restore or access data from this instance?
- Any guidance on urgent recovery options would be greatly appreciated

Internal error 502? If yes, then it’s an internal issue. Try the following:

  • Go to Developer Site
  • Manage Instance
  • You will see a refresh button—keep refreshing/clicking it, and the instance should come online soon

I am back in, it is working again. Thank you for your help, I was worried about losing the work I spent a lot of time on.

Sorry for posting here, but I have the same issue and my be related.
Yesterday, I used my PDI, and this morning the instance is offline, and there is a label "Last used: 3 days 19 hours ago", which is incorrect!
I also refreshed a few times and nothing happened. Something happened to these instances !?...

My PDI: dev291353
Version: Zurich
Status: Offline
Build agent: Installed
ServiceNow studio: Installed
App engine studio:Installed
