Hi,
I wanted to understand how this 'Outage' tab functionality works in problem management. How it is used and what is the purpose of using Outage tab. Please provide me with possible answers/solutions.

Using Outage in Problem Management we can track and manage the outages related to a particular problem. It helps in managing and reducing the impact of problems on the business services and helps to view all the outages associated with the problem record.
When you create an outage, you specify the CI that is affected by mapping the start time, end time, and the duration of the outage and then the outage record get's linked to the problem record. This allows for easy tracking and management of the outage and helps in understanding the impact of the problem on various CIs and services.
