user are unable to global search and it keep defaulting to optimized or service operation workspace

for admin this issue doesnt occurs, this is only happending to regular user it support user. since upgrade to yahoma 4a.

the global option is missing

and another thing is to follow this documentation:

Add a workspace application to the Unified Navigation search context menu

 

It tells you how to add a new option to that search, so with this you could be able to reorder them.
