User Criteria with Groups to show/hide Catalog Item is not working

I have created a group and added few members to it. Then I am creating a user criteria, adding the group to user criteria. When I am using the User Criteria in "Available For". But the catalog item is still available and visible to everyone. I want the Catalog item to be visible for users only in that group.

Do you have anything else in this User Criteria, or any other User Criteria listed in Available For or Not Available For that may be conflicting?

Nothing in Available for, but Not available for does have some other criterias which are not added by me
