User Criteria

Hi,
I have a requirement to create a user criteria and add one user. and make this user criteria available for 2 catalog items.
made the changes but when i impersonated as the user the item is not showing up in portal
can some one help me with this

Hi @abjaffrey,
Please assign the appropriate Category and Catalog to the Catalog item, and ensure you add the relevant Taxonomies for the item.
For the Meta Fields, try adding some keywords. This will help return relevant results when a user enters a similar term.
Also, remember to clear the cache, log out, and log back in. Then, verify in the Employee Center portal under the assigned category.
