User is not receiving approval email

Hi All,

 

One user is not getting any approval email in system, I have checked in notification devices table and found that user notification is enable. I have checked the notification details everything is correct there, might be there is a problem with user's profile.
Any help is appreciated.

This KB should be able to help as there are a few places and choices that could be affecting notifications for a user:

I've added the "Notification" column to the List View of our users so I can update it from the list easily without going into each record.  Example below:

Impersonating the user and checking their notification preferences is also something I've had to do before as well.
