User not able to see Additional Comments and Worknotes on Incident Form only for 1 Incident

Hi Ankur,

 

I am not getting how come User not able to see Additional Comments and Worknotes on Incident Form only for 1 Incident.When i check 'sys_journal_field' entires are available but not able to see on Incident Form.

For the same user Activity filter selected 'All' other incidents are looks good for comment and WN.

But only for specific incident not able to see Please suggest.

What UI are you using? Is it UI 16, NOW Experience, or SOW?

Any ACL issue?

We checked with ServiceNow this will fix in Yokohama Patch5 release.
