User presence not appearing on service operation workspace records

Utah added the ability to see when others are looking at the same record from within the Workspace. We are not seeing this happening on Dev or Test Instance. We investigated the property as well, they are in correct format.
Is any body facing the same problem.
Can anyone please help me out with this issue.

Hi @Community Alums ,

On the Record page drag and drop Form Record Presence where ever you would like to and later in the config add the below for table and sysid

Table:  @context.props.table
Sys ID: @context.props.sysId

You cannot edit the record.  You need to copy it and then edit the copy and then you can inactivate the first record so you are in the edit version

Does anybody know why this isn't working for HR Agent Workspace? I tried the solution for Service Operations Workspace and it's working, but for some reason, it just wouldn't work for Cases in HR Agent Workspace.
