Hi team,
When searching for a catalog in the VA, you can view the catalog by pressing Request this item.
The catalog display method can now be displayed using a portal instead of a popup.
But it's not the portal I was looking for. Where can I change the portal?

I can change URL to refer to the knowledge.

Please open the system properties and look for "sn_itsm_va.com.snc.itsm.virtualagent.portal_url".
