Variable on Record Producer not visible on final form

Hello,
I need variables that are not mapped to be shown on the incident form.

I have a record producer with two variables that are not mapped. These variables appear on the form, but for some reason, the data entered when submitting the record producer is not showing up in the incident form.

Any idea how I can display the variables with the stored information?

Hi,

You need to add "Incident Variable Editor" if the variables are not mapped to a field. To add "Incident Variable Editor" follow the below steps:

1) Open Incident record

2) From Context Menu -> Configure -> Form Design

3) Search for Incident Variable Editor and add it to the form view

4) Save
