There is NO OOTB module to tackle this. Seems you need to build your process for the same.
Before your start development
- Try to note down high-level requirement , what you want this app do.
- Make a high level design/ process flow
- See do we need to create table with extended or without
- Use AES - App engine studio to do this.
This is very basis, start with this and share feedback.
