I am having trouble in getting the task below completed :

Task 1:

Design topic to help trouble shoot internet issues and transfer to live agent if it’s not resolved

Okay, it's time to roll up your sleeves and use the Virtual Agent Designer to complete a Topic Flow. You have duplicated the Internet Issues (Template) topic. However, the topic is incomplete (incomplete decision paths and missing branching conditions). To complete this task, fix the missing elements.

Download the following attachments, as they will be essential in helping you accomplish this task.

- Virtual Agent Edit Conversation Flow.pdf (the directions for creating this flow)

Task 2:

Publish the Virtual Agent topic

• After you confirm there are no errors with the topic, publish the Internet Issues topic.

Task 3:

Test your NLU model to see if the InternetIssues intent is returned.

• Open the default Service Portal and test the following utterances:
  
  • Is there an internet outage
  • I cannot connect to the internet
  • My wifi is not working
• If your model’s accuracy is below 80%, follow the recommended practices for NLU to improve your models accuracy. Retest each utterance when you have published you changes.

Hello Amit,

Complete the flow as per the document and don't forget to map the 'Yes' or 'No' condition with right box and also condition configuration ( You can check the picture shown in the link: Decision utility). 

Once your flow is ready, test as per document. When all the ways are tested, click on Publish (Task 2). Once it's published, go to NLU model and test it with the utterances, provided in the task 3. 

If you still need help, please reply with the error message you are getting when you click on " Validate" butoon.
