Visual Task Boards - Labels

Servicenow by default has 5 labels,

I spend quite lot of time in adding few more labels but no luck.

i added labels in tables vtb_boards & vtb_cards same as out of box labels, still didn't get the output.

does anyone know the glide record for the vtb labels to increase the limit or any other way to achieve this.

Servicenow doc clearly mentioned that you can define only upto 5 labels per board - Configure Visual Task Board labels . So I doubt you can make modification to the label itself. One work around you can think off is to define a separate board and split it.

You may have already noticed - but they increased the number of labels to 7 in either the London or Madrid release. We only had 5 in Kingston, but we're upgrading to Madrid and I can see that two more labels have been added.
