I wanted to know if we can purchase vouchers after they expire? I was eligible for about 10 but since the new updates some of the training has either been updated or no longer part of the catalog. Work and life got in the way but I am ready to dive back into my training.

No you can't buy vocuher once training or basically time period is expired. You need to complete your trainings again to be eligible for new vouchers.

System will not allow you to redeem voucher after 1 year validity [voucher issued on date of course completion] and you would need to complete on-demand course again and claim the exam voucher.

 

If you are working with ServiceNow Partner Organization, you can redeem the voucher for free. If you are working with Non-Partner Organization, you would need to pay for voucher along with taxes and redeem it.
