Walk-Up experience - Private appointments

Hi everyone!

We're looking to add a new team to our walk up experience, but one of the requests we've received is that any associated Outlook appointments would need to be made private by default. Has anyone managed to achieve something similar? Any suggestions would be much appreciated! 🙂

To set Outlook appointments to private by default, you can adjust the settings in Outlook, but there isn't a direct option to make all new appointments private automatically. You can manually mark each appointment as private or explore using a macro or add-in to streamline the process.
