want to add multiple users to the group at single click after selecting from list. How can it achieve in customized workspace.

then after creating need to do coding or some configuration idea so that selected members get added to the group after click on edit button.

Yes, that true, But i am not getting how and where you want to show. What i understood, you need this on WS , so you need to add this field via view on WS.

Why not use OOB Edit button in related list and add users in bulk to that group?
Why to have custom field for this?

Why not provide user training for this and inform them to use native view rather than configuring something in workspace and rather than adding custom list field
I won't recommend adding a custom field just for workspace, would lead to maintenance issue as you will have to ensure it's in sync with the sys_user_grmember table record
