Knowledge Article template not applying?

Hi All!

 

I have made changes to an existing knowledge article template field (the change is to the table properties, colour etc.) -

I go to create a new knowledge article using the template, the sample text shows the changes -

However, when I select next and go into the new article, the template changes are not appearing -

Any help on why this is happening and how to fix would be appreciated!

Hi guys, I'm having similar issues when moving a policy to a published state the template should be used to create the KB.  The article body is not being copied over.

This has been sorted out for me. We need to update the fields in respective table in sys_template. 

e.g. u_kb_template_how_to_global is the new template created. It needs to be searched in sys_template form and field needs to be updated rather than updating it via kb_article_template table.
