Wanting to add option to navigate to live agent.

Hello fellow developers!

I am trying to add live agent transfer as an additional option in the conversation flow visible right in front of the end user. After various attempts of adding the code in the AI search in the dynamic choice options the choice is still not showing up. I am running the Utah upgrade currently.

The highlighted portion I would just like to change to transfer to a live agent and move it to the last option. In the first pic, I want to add transfer to a live agent as the last option. 

Ive changed all 3 of the dynamic choice inputs to reflect but its still not showing. Ive added a transfer to live agent utility topic block in the flow to account for this.

Found error in the AI Search Fallback topic that was pointing to the wrong AI Search Topic that is available. 

Once I had made my change to the AI Search Fallback Topic to call the correct AI Search Topic, this immediately confirmed my changes.
