Need to know (NTK) what access is required in Service Now to enable a teammate to be able to get assignments in the Agile boards. What is the role needed? Feedback or guidance appreciated.

HI @Luis Roman ,

In the Dictionary Entry for Assigned to there is an out of box override for the rm_scrum_task table, that will only show users (members of the assignment group) with the scrum_user role.

You should have Sprint team members as a related list on the Sprint.

Also, to add on anyone with Role required: scrum_master, scrum_admin should be able to add members (with scrum_user role) to an Agile Group (Group type = Agile Team),  however, the Edit members button is only visible to System Admin's (with admin role).

This is because there is a OOTB ACLs allows the "scrum_admin" or "scrum_master" to edit the user in the groups.

I would check to list control on the Group member list to see if the "omit edit button" is check.

Mark my answer correct & Helpful, if Applicable.

Thanks,

Sandeep

I believe the user should have the Scrum team member [scrum_team_member] role

If this is incorrect, the full list might help as it provides descriptions of what each role does
