What are the differences between UI15 and UI16?

We upgraded to Geneva and from what I can tell we are on UI15. The UI16 plugin shows inactive. Can anyone tell me the difference between the two? Is it worth activating the UI16 plugin?

Main things I noticed is that the Edge is gone, they moved some of the things for admins (like impersonate and elevate), etc.
