What are the Email logs "type" mean in terms of email notification?

Hello All,

Not receiving an email is a common issue and the first thing I look at is Email Logs. But there are different "type" I see on email logs like -receive, receive-ignored, send-ready, sent, send-ignored, send-failed.  I am trying to understand the meaning of these different types to debug the issue.

Hi @Dhara1 ,

The type label itself explaining the email status, you can review the below docs page for details.

Thanks Ashish.

As per documentation if type is send-ignored, then asking to check Error sting field for details but in my case Error string field is blank. And there is no duplicate email id issue.

Do you have an idea what it could be?

The said email is a valid email id ? Test the same for other user.
