What if I don't see Elevate Roles in the user menu?
You are operating as the user who holds the Admin role.

Hi,
It means you do not have security admin privilege's in Servicenow.
Add security_admin role to yourself to see the options available.
Mark this as Helpful/Correct in case this helps you in anyways.
Regards,
Sourabh

Do you have the admin role?
Security admin role will only be assigned to anyone who already has these rights in the instance.
If you are working on your PDI then login with System Administrator account and then assign the security_admin role to the other user.
If you are required for working on your organization then you need to ask someone who has this role already so that they will assign you the same.
Mark this as Helpful/Correct in case this helps you in anyways.

Sourabh
