what is difference between the child schedules and schedule entries in SLA ?

We stuck with business login when we will go with schedule entries and when we will chose the schedules ?

schedule entries : Which tell from what time and what date a SLA will be worked.

Child Schedule:  Like to book holiday, that the SLA should not run on these days.

Thank you for quick reply,

we have same option in schedule entry, which we can fill and maintain same holiday list with date and time  right , could you please clarify the same.

NO mate, schedule entry is just like setting up invite reoccurrence , where you just mention date and time and number of time it repeat.

 

child Schedule: mainly when the schedule entry not execute or considered like holiday.
