What is some ways to edit a question for it to loop each answer

Lets say I have a question for Reason for poster request? 

If someone picks update or replace

Then I want them to pick a poster type. There is several options

Then it populates how many posters they want

I want to keep asking the question pick a poster type onto they have picked all the different poster type and how many of each they want. Overall I would like to have them pick however many poster types they want and the number of each when update or replace is picked on this form. 

What are the different ways I can approach this?

That could work if I can create multipel rows and have them fill out what kind of poster and number of each next to each one.

I would the form to be whenever they pick update or replace then it populates a field or table where they can put in the poster type and how many of each they would like.
