When creating Employee Relation case and selecting 'Opened for' and 'Logged In' user same the form gets redirected in SELF SERVICE view.

Hi ServiceNow Folk,
I facing one issue in ER Scoped Application under HRSD. The issue is when I am creating a case for NON ER COE keeping both Logged In user and OPened For user I am getting DEFAULT view.
I have already checked the VIEW RULE, BR, client script and UI Policy but no luck. I want the NON ER COE should also open in DEFAULT view instead of Self Service view.
Creating CASE for NON -ER COE-- Getting SELF SERVICE view-
But when creating case for NON- ER COE , I am getting DEFAULT view of the form.
