When HR Task is created, the visibility of this Taks should not be visible for the Open For person.

Hello All,

When HR Task is created, the visibility of this tasks should not be visible for the Open For person( Open For field is available on HR case form). I tried using query business rule and ACL 's for this, but it didn't work. Is any other options are available? like configuration??
