They are stored in the table sys_journal_entry.

Hi Chuck,
here assigment group changed from one group to other group at that time assigned was not changed in other group user was not there , here when we change group automaticaaly assigned to field is empty but it was not happened but in activity log assigned is not shwoing

Hi Divya,
I'm still not sure I understand exactly what the issue is. Screenshots would be very helpful here. It could be that you simply need to add Assigned to in to the activity formatter output. This is quite easy.
Use the funnel to configure the fields displayed (UI16 shown)
If Assigned to is not displayed with a checkbox, go to the bottom and configure which fields are available.
