Where to enter Fulfillment group SCTask Short and Long Descriptions, Generate multiple group tasks

Hello,

I have two questions.  I am working on a catalog item which shares a flow with several other catalog items.  I know that I cannot make changes to the workflow.  There are three fulfillment groups for this catalog item and I am not sure where to enter the SCTask Short and Long Descriptions for the fulfillment groups.  Secondly, All three fulfillment group
tasks should generate at same time and can be closed independently.  How do I accomplish this?  Please answer in simple terms.  Thank you!

Hi @DeIvory Gordon ,

You can create a new flow and inside flow action you can select 'create catalog task' action where you can set all three task with your three fulfilment group and short description and description, and add that flow to your new catalog item.

Hello, Thank you for your reply.  I know that I can create a new flow, but I was trying to not do that.  But, if I do create a new flow do you know how to get multiple sctasks to run at the same time?

Hi @DeIvory Gordon ,

There is a action called as Do the following in parallel which u should be able to get in flow designer.

If u going with workflow then u can make use of branch activity from core tab.

Thanks,

Danish
