I have two questions. I am working on a catalog item which shares a flow with several other catalog items. I know that I cannot make changes to the workflow. There are three fulfillment groups for this catalog item and I am not sure where to enter the SCTask Short and Long Descriptions for the fulfillment groups. Secondly, All three fulfillment group tasks should generate at same time and can be closed independently. How do I accomplish this? Please answer in simple terms. Thank you!
You can create a new flow and inside flow action you can select 'create catalog task' action where you can set all three task with your three fulfilment group and short description and description, and add that flow to your new catalog item.
