I have to click on load all records to get users( under LDAP server ->respective OU definition) from AD synced to SN.
Which setting defines the automatic run so that manual intervention is avoided. Which job does this

was it happening earlier and stopped working now?
there should be a scheduled import which should be configured to pull LDAP data daily or based on your frequency
Did you check if someone disabled that scheduled import?
How to configure LDAP (step by step), and Troubleshoot information to resolve ldap cases.

what's your actual business requirement?
Is the AD load being done for the 1st time?

I have a SN instance that gets users from AD. The AD to SN sync isnt happening since past couple of days. i have to manually open the OU definition under the LDAP Server menu and load all records to get created/updated user entries syned from AD into sys_user table.
My question is this - Which schedule job/setting defined the automatic run for AD to SN users sync ?
