Why Duration Type is disabled in Playbook Activity

Hi All,

I have to set timeout to 5 minutes in activity in playbook that if previous step takes more than five mins it should move to next step, but when I am enabling the option of Start with delay, it is not giving me option to edit the Duration Type and wait for .

Any one can help how to fix this and make these fields editable.Any help will be appreciated. I looked into all documents and videos din't find anything.
