Could anyone suggest how can i identify, "Why is ServiceNow Discovery duplicating entries in the Activity logs?"

Thanks for your replay. Here is the screenshot below. At the same time 2times it's updating in log. Can you please suggest some solutions.?

Check if any business rule has current.update() in script.
