Why Recent and Popular items widget is not working in service portal in Tokyo version?

Hi All,

I have Requirement , Why Recent and popular items widget is not working in service portal  in Tokyo version .

in personal instance i have put recent and popular items widget in request something page but recent items are not visible only popular items are appear in that page 

why it's not working 

Please help me on this .

Hello @karishma shaik 

Did you try opening and submitting any catalog item in portal and then checking if the recent item sections shows up?

My bad. OOTB the sc_category page doesn't include the popular & recent items widget. I added the widget to the page manually and it is showing up now. See attached images.

Thanks, it works. when I order an item from the portal "My Recent Items" tab shows up. 

if you order from the backend (Maintain items) it updates the popular items list.
