Hi All,
I have 2(eg.ABC & XYZ) people ABC with snc_internal role & XYZ with itil role and this 2 people belongs to Management group & management group has itil role.
So now, when I am trying to check sites by Impersonating 2 of them ABC dont have access to edit knowledge but XYZ has access to edit knowledge.
Can anyone help me why ABC dont have access to edit as he even belongs to Management group and management group has itil role so ABC should also have edit access to knowledge can anyone help me here with roles.
Eg: ABC (have access)
Eg:XYZ (dont have access)
Thanks in Advance!

@mania but XYZ may be part of other group or role might have been added explicitly to this user, in sys_user table for XYZ in the Roles related List type *knowledge and check if any results are coming ?

HI @mania
You need to check the user 1-1 , bcz the other user surly getting some role from other group. If you are on D.C. release, use the access analyser to compare.

Hi @mania ,
Is the ITIL role assigned to the "management group" - is that correct understood? or Is the ITIL role assigned to XYZ where XYZ is part of the "management group"?
