Hello, I'm trying to trigger a workflow when certain condition is met and then I want to notify the users about the change through an email. I want to use the existing template I've created but the mail doesn't gets delivered.

Have you tried registering an event to fire upon the met conditions? I believe that is how you would do this via workflow.

- Create an event under event registry
- Use the event when creating your notification
- Trigger the event using the workflow activity
