Workspace instead of classic

[ServiceNow Use6]

Hi,

In my new company, they are using workspace at the workplace, and I am really worried. I never used a workspace in my previous experience. The case form looks overwhelming. I need to work on cases in the ATF on Workspace. Not sure if I can win. Please help.

You will slowly learn.

Many customers are moving to Workspace instead of Classic UI.

You can go through now learning courses for the workspaces and start exploring.

Being a Platform owner I can understand your pain, it is pain as well the change in day to day work as well.

But believe me you will find ws more better than classic or native view. wS come with new features and giving a better user experience too.

It is not only interface change but it is mind set change , once you start using it you will be getting familiar. Just a point, don't compare native bs Workspace. 

Servicenow provides a training and relevant documentation to know more and getting familiar with WS. Have a look in now learning or under the best practice site ( earlier known as Now Create) and download some assets related to WS. 

First step change mind set and then you all set to start this journey.
