Hi All,
Just want to check if it is possible to integrate Service Operation Workspace with another software (Jira / AzDO).
We are trying to see if leaving a comment from a User Story in Jira/AzDo would also update the comments in a ticket from ServiceNow.
Is this possible or is there another method as an approach for this idea?
