Is there a way to build a custom dropdown menu/button to group UI Actions in workspace forms, similar to the "Create change request" button seen in Service Operations Workspace?
I am working with a customer with several UI Actions on one form, and they are taking a lot of screen space, sometimes even displaying over record information on ribbon, for example. This is a CSM project, so they use Agent Workspace (migrating to Configurable Workspaces in the near future) but as I said, the example dropdown menu I found lies in Service Operations Workspace.
Can anyone help with steps to create a similar solution?
Thanks!

Check the module - UX Form Actions Layout Group - you can build a group and add ui actions to the group.

Hello Michael. Would you be able to outline the steps needed to accomplish this?
I tried creating a record on UX Form Actions Layout Groups table and then adding records in UX Form Actions Layout Items related list. All records were created using Incident table (for testing purposes on PDI) but when I display an Incident record in a Workspace I can't see what I created. Are there any further configurations needed to display the Actions Layout Groups?
Thanks!

The UX Form Actions Layout Group record was type Menu? That could be your problem. Share a screenshot so I can see how you did it.
