Would the Developer Support capability allow cu to request insight into these pieces of codes?

Hi Team, 

 

As a result of the demonstration on IO and Developer Support, I had a question to understand the ability to access specific elements of codes that are normally hidden for administrators.
To give you an example, in our recent Virtual Agent explorations, we're interested in understanding how specific methods are working (e.g. VASystem.connectToAgent). It would help if we could see the package details for these methods, to understand how the logic passes through the system. In this case, specifically, not a lot of information is available on the Developer Portal or in the Docs.

Would the Developer Support capability allow us to request insight into these pieces of code?
