I am hoping someone here can give me some direction as we just upgraded to Xanadu over the weekend. Unfortunately, one of our scoped app forms didn't come in properly, so in order to resolve the issue enough in Production, we had to do the following.
Attach three files we extracted from Sand Box and TEST today to resolve your form issues in PROD. The sys_ui_form_section XML was taken from TEST, while the other two were from SB.
- sys_ui_form_section
- sys_ui_section
- sys_ui_element
We were told the next steps would be to import those files into DEV and make any additional changes to fix the known defect reported by the user. After that, you should re-run the Orphan script to identify any orphans. Once that’s all resolved, we can jump through the hoops of fixing the orphans in TEST during an Office Hours meeting.
My question is when the script that identifies orphan records is run, what exactly should I be looking for and how would I tell what is needed to resolve it?
