On Zurich, I’m trying to surface a taxonomy‑driven top navigation in an Employee Center portal. I can create taxonomies and topics and configure Advanced Portal Navigation (APN) with Source = Taxonomy and Topic;. In TEST, the taxonomy appears in the header. In DEV, it does not render at all—even though the APN menu item is active, the taxonomy and topics are active, and we’ve synced/cleared caches.
Important: I am not editing the OOTB portal; I created a new Service Portal record for Employee Center and I’m working from that portal (custom portal record, same /esc suffix, EC Theme, EC home).

Hi @ToniB ,
Have you synced the hierarchy? If not, could you please do so? Otherwise, please add the required menu items.
In my case, I’ve added a custom menu named “Suraj.” and also try to logout and login again.
Thanks and regards

Yes, I have tried this. But it still does not appear on the portal page itself. Please see screenshots

Menu item? Are you referring to Parent Menu? In your screenshot I see you didn't have a Parent Menu linkage to the taxonomy topics
