Cannot see option to create a new change request from DPR

Hiello,

 

I cannot see on my dev. instance the Change management as is on the example below from the demo

Could you please confirm what conditions needs to be me to be able to see it there?

Also is there a way to display in the DPR incidents that are related to the Change requests that are linked to the Release? thank you

Hi @Alpa82 

 

To see the changes, you must create a product --> Template -- Release and then make the new changes. Till the time there is no release record, changes will not appear.

 

2nd about Inc., no, as of now we can't add an incident, you can link the incident with change not with Release.
