Based on the screenshot, it looks like you're still inside the "Create Release Template" playbook.
Please note that once the activities are completed, the data cannot be edited from within the playbook.
To make changes to the template, follow these steps:
Exit the playbook → Go to Release Administration → Select your template → Click "Edit" from the Actions(To edit the completed playbook activities) or Click on Manage release button(To edit the uncompleted playbook activities).

Hi @ericroth
I believe you'll need to clone it and make changes — direct editing isn't possible.
If my response proves useful, please indicate its helpfulness by selecting " Accept as Solution" and " Helpful." This action benefits both the community and me.

Hi @ericroth
Yes, you can edit the release template using the same action button. However, please ensure you're logged in with the Release Administrator (Role:sn_dpr_model.release_admin
).
Note: While editing the template, the release process itself cannot be modified. As a result, that activity will not be displayed.
The above answer is for to edit an Active release template. For inactive Release template click on the Manage release template button from the manage release template card.
**if you are Editing Release templates which came from demo data then you can't edit those templates. You should clone and edit those templates.**
