Hi,
When DPR is integrated with JIRA tool, trying to understand the information which this integration will bring from JIRA and under which section/table.
For e.g.
1. Products features and enhancements are defined in DPR -> Product section: If organization is using JIRA for defining the scope-features/enhancement in JIRA will this integration bring this information in the same related list under DPR Product?
2. Define the feature and enhancement in DPR -> Product and have stories/task in JIRA for each of these respective enhancements. Leveraging the JIRA integration under which section in DPR will these respective stories/task be pulled
3. If all three Product feature, enhancement and stories/task are defined in JIRA can they all be pulled into DPR under respective products.
Basically trying to understand how Products defined in DPR are in sych with JIRA so that once the underlying stories/task are completed respective enhancement in DPR can be marked "completed". Pointer to any Demo/write-up on how this work is greatly appreciated

Hello @Chetan21
Integrating ServiceNow's Demand, Product, and Release (DPR) module with JIRA can streamline your workflow by ensuring that data flows seamlessly between the two platforms. Here's a breakdown of how this integration typically works:
- Product Features and Enhancements: If your organization uses JIRA to define the scope, features, and enhancements, this information can be pulled into the DPR module under the Product section. The integration ensures that features and enhancements defined in JIRA are reflected in the corresponding related list in DPR.
Stories and Tasks: When you define features and enhancements in the DPR Product section and have corresponding stories or tasks in JIRA, these stories and tasks can be pulled into the DPR module. Typically, these would be reflected under the Stories/Tasks section related to the respective enhancements in DPR.
Synchronization of Features, Enhancements, and Stories/Tasks: If all three elements (product features, enhancements, and stories/tasks) are defined in JIRA, they can be synchronized and pulled into the DPR module under their respective products. This ensures that once the underlying stories or tasks are completed in JIRA, the corresponding enhancements in DPR can be marked as "completed."

It is not Demand, Product, and Release,it is Digital Product Release.

Hi @Chetan - DPR makes use of the DevOps Change Velocity data model when integrating with external tools such as Jira. For an overview of how this works when scoping a release, have a look at these videos: https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PLkGSnjw5y2U4rS8o_Xszsd6dSpxYyN8Na
