Cannot install plugins

You recently requested the "Customer Service Virtual Agent Conversations" plugin to be activated on your personal development instance: dev245615. Unfortunately the plugin was not activated.

This is a standard email which is triggered due to the long installation time. In almost all cases, the plugin is installed anyway. Please check your instance.

Or else please try reinstalled/repair application.

or else clear cache your instance & try again.

Actually, it should be activated in PDI.
