CSA EXAM

I am enquiring about my CSA Voucher, because I  have had a voucher since 2023 and on it it said from Sept 2023 to Sept 2024. However on my page it stated the voucher expired. Can i still book the exam or ask for an extension and how do  I do that. Where can i do that ?

Hi @jbbaka74 ,

It really depends on when your voucher has expired. Vouchers expiring between August 13, 2024 and August 27, 2024 will be extended to September 30, 2024. This extension will not be reflected in your Now Learning account. So if your voucher has expired in that timeframe you should still be good to go. If not, then you're out of luck and need to complete the training once again to get a voucher.

My issue now is that I cannot see where to book for test centre booking. How do I book external exam not doing it at home. I am also seeing charges of $300 as well.

Hi @jbbaka74 ,

If the voucher shows expired, then you cannot use the voucher to take the exam.
